Projekta mērķis ir iesaistīt vairāk kā 1000 renovācijas tirgus dalībniekus 13 valstīs – valsts institūcijas, uzņēmumus, nevalstisko sektoru un namīpašniekus – lai rastu risinājumus esošo ēku sektora sakārtošanai. Vairāk nekā 80 pasākumi dažādās pilsētās projekta partnervalstīs 2016. un 2017. gadā ir iespēja nostiprināt spēcīgu nacionālu renovācijas tirgus dalībnieku sadarbību, lai piedalītos spēcīgu nacionālo renovācijas stratēģiju izstrādē, pilnveidošanā un ieviešanā.
