The skills and capacity to get deep renovation done, and get it done well are not yet widespread across Europe. Our industry, our building owners, our public procurers and other groups need to acquire new skills and develop their capacity to develop the market. From large European programmes for blue collar workers, to innovative capacity building workshops for public procurers, there’s lots going on to help us meet this challenge.
