How to guarantee high quality standards in deep energy retrofit interventions, either in design or implementation phases?How to face deep energy retrofit demand in all its aspects and sizes?
Main barriers to address
It is evident a general difficulty in implementing quality interventions in either design and construction phases: on the one hand this is due to the fact that training on energy retrofit is not organised and it doesn’t broaden all related topics; on the other hand workforce is not traines in the integration of new technologies; moreover performances are not verified and monitored in the long run.
Expected results
The workshop aims at highlighting training and organisational gaps of the professional sector of deep energy renovation. The final goal s to define cross-sector operative proposals to improve and qualify professionals and building firms to shape the offer side in order to strengthen its capacity to respond to a growing high level demand for deep energy renovation interventions.
