The Ministry of National Development gives subsidies to building users of family houses for investments, renovations increasing energy effiecincy and applying renewable energy sources. The grant is non-repayable and covers 40-55 % of the total eligible costs. The financial envelope for the implementation of this subsidy programme is 5 bn Ft (EUR 16.5 million).

PolREFF – Polish Residential Energy Efficiency Financing Facility(Poland)

The objective of the programme is to support apartment and home owners in modernisation and renovation that will improve living standards and increase energy efficiency of the ibuildings.
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development provides a credit line of 200 million euro for the PolREFF programme. The funds will be distributed by the banks participating in the programme as loans targeted at apartment and home owners enabling them to implement their modernisation plans to increase the energy efficiency of the buildings.
A unique benefit of PolREFF financing is access to free advice provided by independent specialist engineers as well as their collective technical knowledge and experience freely available on the website.

Casa Verde Plus(Romania)

Announced by Dr. Cristiana Pașca-Palmer, Minister of Environment on 7th of April 2016, the new Program ”Casa Verde Plus” beside renewing ”Casa Verde”.

”Casa Verde Plus”, besides the renewable energy solutions financed in the basic program ”Casa Verde”, will include investments in high energy efficiency, natural thermal-insulation, LED, green roofs and the use of ecological materials.

Both programs are addressing residential sector and public buildings. More information will be available soon on www.afm.ro!
