Local municipalities across the Adriatic region will participate with its test public building to improve energy efficiency, responsibility and influences of employees on high energy consumption and connected financial costs. On the building series of testing activities will be conducted to quantify the influence of human behavior on EE. Employees in non-refurbished part will participate in extensive workshops related to energy efficiency while the other part will be energy efficient in refurbished. The impact of public employees’ behavioral influence on building energy balance sheet vs. energy refurbishment will be measured. Project application in progress.
